Farrah Fawcett has discovered her cancer has returned, just three months after announcing she was cancer-free. "She was completely devastated at first," says a close friend of the Charlie's Angels actress. "And then, as is her way - as was the case the last time - she became much stronger and started dealing with it, and she's beginning to make a plan." Unfortunately for the seventies icon, the National Enquirer broke the story before she'd had a chance to tell some of her family. "It is now clear that the tabloids are as invasive and malignant as cancer," said the friend. Fawcett got the news during a routine three-month checkup.
