More Brangelina news. The superstar couple have donated $100,000 to the Daniel Pearl Foundation. The donation was made through the couple's newly-formed Jolie-Pitt Foundation today, on what would have been the journalist's 43rd birthday. "On this day our thoughts go out to Danny's family," the couple said in a statement. "The Daniel Pearl Foundation is celebrating this day, his birthday, with music festivals around the world. The festivals are a great reminder of not just Danny's work as a journalist but of his life and his love of music." Pitt and Jolie created their namesake foundation in September in order to help families affected by HIV/AIDS and extreme poverty by donating $1 million each to the Global Action for Children fund and Doctors Without Borders. Jolie is pictured here as Pearl's wife Marianne in her new movie A Mighty Heart.
