Eddie Murphy has finally publicly declared his feelings for Spice Girl Melanie Brown. Murphy was at a business lunch on Friday and reportedly said, "I am madly in love with Mel - but there are no wedding plans." Murphy and wife of 13 years Nicole divorced in April, and the funnyman began dating the former Scary Spice about three months ago.
