Britney Spears has knocked the price of her Manhattan penthouse from $4.95 million to $4.55 million. The four-floor, three-bedroom apartment has been on the market since 2004, and its previous tenants include Keith Richards and Russell Simmons. Spears bought the penthouse in 2002 for $3 million.
