Luke Duke, aka Tom Wopat, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving in New Jersey, authorities said yesterday. A spokesperson for the sheriff's department said Wopat was pulled from a Ford Bronco after smashing into driving cones and hitting police car.
