Actor Ryan O'Neal was arrested at his Malibu home early Saturday morning on charges of assault with a deadly weapon after a fight with his 42-year-old son Griffin. "Deputies determined that Mr. Griffin O'Neal was assaulted by his father during a family dispute," said a rep from the LA county sheriff's department. No details of the fight have been released nor any injuries reported. O'Neal was released at 5:30 Saturday morning after posting $50,000 bail.source
