with two counts each of invasion of privacy.

Yesterday, I read from Washington Post about the high school student who jumped off the bridge to take his own life because of humiliation. According to report, Tyler Clementi committed suicide because of his s*x video broadcasted by a roommate over the Internet. His roommate Ravi started spreading gossips about Tyler and his activities via his Twitter.

Ravi tweeted on September 19 on his Twitter account :

 "Roommate asked for the room till midnight. I went into molly's room and turned on my webcam. I saw him making out with a dude. Yay."

Three days later, Tyler updated his Facebook status with a message “Jumping off the gw bridge sorry” and his family confirmed the suicide.

According to the survey of Massachusetts Youth Risk Behavior Survey in 2005,

“teens who identify themselves as gay, lesbian or bisexual, or who report having any same-sex sexual contact, are four times more likely to have attempted suicide in the past year than their straight classmates. teens who identify themselves as gay, lesbian or bisexual, or who report having any same-sex sexual contact, are four times more likely to have attempted suicide in the past year than their straight classmates.” ABC News Report.

The following teens who also committed suicide because of getting bullied.

• Seth Walsh, a 13-year-old from Tehachapi, Calif., hanged himself from a tree in his backyard. Authorities say other teens had taunted the boy for being gay. He died Tuesday afternoon after nine days on life support.
• Asher Brown, 13, an eighth-grader in Houston, fatally shot himself in the head last week after enduring what his mother and stepfather said was constant harassment from four other students at his school for being gay.
• Billy (William) Lucas, 15, a student at Greensburg Community High School in Greensburg, Ind., was found dead after he reportedly hanged himself in a barn at his grandmother's home last Thursday evening. Friends said the torment that Lucas endured included taunts that questioned his sexual orientation.

Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits

According to TMZ, the couple were cited to hit-and-run a female photographer with a Bentle.

It was reported that the couple allegedly drove away after hitting the female photographer, and paramedics were called to take the photog to the hospital. Waits was also reportedly returned to the scene later but Paris Hilton was not with him anymore. TMZ sources close to Paris' boyfriend informed that he hadn't realized he allegedly hit someone until he received a text message later in the night. Waits immediately informed the police and returned to the scene.

According also to TMZ,  officer confirmed the citing of Waits but night club mogul denies it. Waits also believed that the photographer placed him under citizen's arrest and cops were obligated to sign the citizen's arrest form.

Paris tweeted after the incident : "Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi. They are literally insane!" Check here.

Amazing Race Asia Season 4 Episode 2 Team Standings

Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia was the setting for the second leg of Amazing Race Asia Season 4. In this leg, the teams were tasked to dance among tribe members and touch a snake's head, eat 100 chicken balls, solve a puzzle underwater and choose from river rafting on bamboo or shooting stones on a wooden target using an object used by some Malaysian tribes in hunting.

There were many twists and turns that happened as the race progressed. The most interesting for me was the Malaysian couple winning this leg when in fact the other teams were way ahead of them since they missed the flight where most of the team were in. Luckily, they were able to catch up when other teams had a hard time eating 100 chicken balls and incurring time penalties for not finishing the underwater task.

See, the life of a Project Runway designer doesn't look all that difficult, does it? Enjoy it while you can April, because tonight should be a doozy.

If the previews for Episode 10 are any indication, this promises to be an evening filled with drama. Accusations of cheating, a heart wrenching confession and visits from home - its all so delicious. Oh, there might even be room for a little design in there somewhere as well. We can't wait! You know we are all over this one:

• Tbone and suzq will be hosting BPR's weekly play-by-play/party room beginning at 8:30 p.m. All are welcome to join in the fun as we snark our way through another new episode of Project Runway.

I'm also attaching a photo of our NIKOLAKI "mascot," Benny, hanging out in our store-front Atelier window (drapes closed because of the fittings!)

Google Doodle Today : The Flintstones

After Google celebrated its 12th Birthday with a doodle. Today, Google tribute its doodle to the 50th Anniversary of The Flintstones.

The Flintstones is just one of the Hanna-Barbera Productions cartoons I used to watch during my grade school. Though Tom and Jerry is my favorite one.

The Flintstones is an animated American television sitcom that ran from September 30, 1960 to April 1, 1966 on ABC. Happy 50th Anniversary The Flintstones! Thank you Hanna-Barbera Productions for creating for such wonderful cartoons such as this. My childhood wouldn't be complete without such entertaining tv shows back then.

Sarah Murdoch Announces Wrong Australia's Next Top Model 2010 Winner

In the live telecast of Australia's Next Top Model 2010, a mistake was made by the host of the show, Sarah Murdoch as she announced the winner of the competition. Instead of Amanda Ware, she declared Kelsey Martinovich as the winner. Just after the two finalists already said their speeches, Murdoch tried to explain saying,

“Oh my God, I don’t know what to say right now. I’m feeling a bit sick about this. No. I’m so sorry about this. Oh my God. I don’t know what to say. This was a complete accident.”

“It’s Amanda, I’m so sorry. It was fed to me wrong. Oh God. This is what happens when you have live TV folks. This is insane. Insane, insane, insane.”

The controversy lead to the producers of the show offering both models to send to New York to meet with Elite Model Management and also giving Kelsey a consolation prize worth $25,000.

Already locally famed for her pretty looks and wealth, Singaporean heiress, Arissa Cheo became more popular when she got into a romantic relationship with Taiwanese Superstar, Vanness Wu of F4. Just recently though, the couple announced their break up.

Arissa Cheo (aka Arissa Cheo or Zhen Shan) was born in Singapore on June 30, 1986. She is currently residing at Los Angeles, California, United States.

Kris Aquino to Leave 'Pilipinas Win Na Win'

A twit in here Twitter account and a press release from ABS-CBN confirmed Kris Aquino's stay in the noontime show, 'Pilipinas Win na Win', will end by October 1st. To join Valerie Concepcion and Pokwang, The TV network said that they would like to try out a combination of new hosts in the person of Rico J. Puno, Rey Valera, Marco Sison and Nonoy Zuñiga - aka the Hitmakers.

Noypi's notes:

I believe Kris Aquino is doing great in the show and I am not really a fan of the replacement hosts. Is Kris too expensive or is the show too shallow for someone like Kris? But rumors has it that Kris Aquino will be hosting 'Pilipinas, Deal or No Deal'. Again? Can't the network afford another franchise like 'Minute to Win it' which I guess would be a hit?

Cristine Reyes Signs an Eclusive Contract with ABS-CBN

Young sexy celebrity, Cristine Reyes who stars in ABS-CBN primetime show "Martha Cecilia's Kristine Series", signed another exclusive contract yesterday (September 28, 2010) with the TV network, ABS-CBN. Present in the signing of contract were Cory Vidanes (Channel Head), Linggit Tan (Entertainment Head), Lauren Dyogi (Business Unit Head ) and Veronique del Rosario-Corpuz (Cristine’s Manager).

This I believe means that we will see more of Christine Reyes' sexiness which started in her first ABS-CBN project, 'Eva Fonda'. And perhaps, more hot pictures of Christine Reyes in the covers of ABS-CBN-owned magazines. WTG, Christine! :D

Vanness Wu , Arissa Cheo Split

Vanness Wu (member of the hit Taiwan band, F4) and Arissa Cheo (aka Arissa Luna or Zhen Shan who is said to be an heiress of a wealthy Indonesian family) broke up, recently. This was confirmed by Vanness Wu's manager saying that the reason for the celebrity couple's break up was 'incompatibility'.

Reports say that Vanness Wu (now 32 years old) and Arissa Cheo (24 years old) started seeing each other, romantically since 2006.
